After  completing the assessment, employing a specific leadership style, you will write 750 words of constructive and supportive feedback based on the assessment of the instructional design you  completed. Identify the leadership model, and then provide the video  feedback in alignment with the principles of that leadership style,  paying attention to content and delivery.

Imagine that you have  received this feedback from one of your courses. Discuss the impact of  course evaluations and how this feedback would impact your teaching  methods and style.   Write this all in 2 paragraphs.
