To answer the questions, you need to analyze the company, industry and external market issues.  Identify issues, explain why it is an issue, explain your response, why did you respond as you did, and support your response with an external reference.

1.  How impressed are you with the latest mobile phone model Huawei is introducing, the Mate 10/10 Pro?  Do you believe the imbedded AI processor is a game-changer?  How should Huawei communicate and price these new phones?
2. Huawei seems eager to establish a brand identity.  What recommendations do you have on what this identity could be and what steps should take to create it?
3. How do you propose Huawei penetrate the US market place given the challenges it faces?  Or do you think the company should concentrate on other regions for the next few years?
4. Do you think that the company can follow through on the CEO’s bold claim that Huawei will overtake Apple within 3 years and Samsung within 5 years in smartphone market share?  What would it take to achieve this goal in terms of technology and marketing?
