You will evaluate a process within an organization or use case study information that will be provided (for those who are not employed or whose employer will not allow the use of the organization’s data).

For this assignment, you will use the “Problem Statement Assignment” template to organize your problem statement. This will help you identify your business problem. The problem statement will be an integral component that will guide the remaining assignments in this course. If data are used from your company, ensure that proprietary concerns are addressed or approvals to use the data are obtained. If company data are being used and if there are concerns of proprietary issues, you can change your dataset accordingly.

Write a 350-500 words paper that will include the following:

An introduction to the organization.

An evaluation of the process and relevant data.

An overview of the process improvement methods and tools used to evaluate the process and data.

A clear and concise problem statement based upon the “Problem Statement Assignment” template.

Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
